It's my intention to provide you with as many tips, tricks and tools to help you cultivate INNER PEACE as I can.
As you may have read in my depression blog, I had to draw on every ounce of energy I could muster, every strategy I could source, to pull myself out of deep dark hole a few years back.
Alongside the usual counseling and medication prescription, I also turned to meditation & mindfulness practices, a healthy eating & exercise regimen, the cultivation of more connection & contribution, and developing a healthy sense of purpose & self-love.
All of these things were critical to my recovery...and I'd now like to support others going through the same experience.
