This 10-day course aims to kick-start a very real improvement in your MENTAL WELLBEING and INNER PEACE through a mix of meditation and mindfulness practices (with a specific focus on cultivating gratitude and intention), some writing exercises, some physical exercise, a few tweaks and additions to your diet, and some fun challenges that’ll help you generate more connection in your world.
There’s a daily prescription that you’ll need to follow each and every day, and then a specific daily challenge of varying themes.
The daily prescriptions going to create a BASELINE HABIT of training your mind to be more peaceful. They’re going to train your mind to become more aware of your own thought patterns, to start recognizing the thought patterns that are not serving you, and to encourage thought patterns like gratitude and intention that DO serve you.
We're going to start steering the majority of your thoughts towards an appreciation of what you have, not what you don’t have – to start to engender a more positive outlook.
