Owning Your Day

In earlier blog posts we covered off various tools you can use to address your anxiety in the moment - mindful breathing, "being the mountain", and anchoring.

In this article, we’re going to talk about being PRO-ACTIVE in owning your day from start to finish, rather then being REACTIVE to negative elements like anxiety during it.

I want to set you up to FEEL AWESOME every, single day. And that starts before you even open your eyes.

It starts with gratitude, and it starts with intention.

So from now on, I’d like you to listen to the following guided audio before you even get out of bed in the morning.

Through this meditation we are going to start steering the majority of your thoughts towards an appreciation of what you have, and towards the intentional creation of the contentment you desire.
