Anxiety Relief With Essential Oils + Anchoring

What if you could access instant calm whenever you needed it?

Let me introduce you to a process called “anchoring” from the Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) modality that allows you to do just that, simply by feeling and smelling an object…

It’s a simple process:

  • I guide you down in to a deep state of extreme relaxation, peace, calm, and tranquility.
  • Once in that state, we “anchor” or associate that peaceful state with the touch and smell of a small, portable object that you can carry with you about your day, perhaps a gemstone, or an aromatherapy necklace.
  • If, during your day, you then start to feel your anxiety rising, all you need do is touch and smell the object that you used during the anchoring process to bring you back into that state of peace and calm.

Use it with your preferred anchoring object, be that a small gemstone, an aromatherapy necklace, a bracelet of some sort...anything that you can carry on your person and that is easily accessible.

Alternatively, you are welcome to use our specially-designed anxiety bracelets which include...

  • An enlarged, sandalwood gurubead to pinch between your thumb and index finger for a the “kinesthetic” anchor; and
  • A series of lavastones on which to drip your preferred essential oil - for an “olfactory” anchor

...using more than one anchor in the same process will improve the robustness of said anchor.
