But when I struggle with mental well-being issues, I often struggle with sleep – especially waking up in the middle of the night and not being able to get back to sleep.
And sleep deprivation itself, caused by external factors like small children waking in the night, or very early in the morning, can catalyse dips in mental well-being all by itself.
