Mindful Thought Processing

"I notice...that I'm having the thought that...blah blah blah" !!

So "blah blah blah" can be replaced with any number of self-critical comments:

- "I'm not good enough"
- "I'm boring"
- "I'm incompetent"
- "She's going to leave me"

Etc etc..

And the trick is to create some distance between the REAL, PEACEFUL, EMPOWERED YOU, and the thoughts that are NOT you.
