This is a "grounding" exercise you can do ANYWHERE, ANYTIME.

Whilst you're sitting on the bus, at your desk, on the toilet - I mean it!

And you should try to do this 3 or 4 times a day, just just to pull yourself out of your day to day, and into your BEING.
